Summer 2013
Feeling a little nostalgic lately. I find myself sad that my kids are growing up.. silly I know but I look at Whitt with his cap on backwards and Dylan with her little arms crossed in a fit and cant help but wonder where my little babies went!
Our lives are super busy and I have come to accept that thats the way it is! The house in coming along.. rock work and stucco this week.. roof on next week. We are looking to be in by the end of the year!
Wade is back working with Schlumberger and loving every minute. We see him more and we all love that!! Daddy is around.. hallelujuah!!
All because of this amazing and caring man I married I am able to get back into what I love which is riding and running barrels when I get the chance. Wade has. hands down. made this happen, and for that I will forever be grateful.
Whitt is almost 5 and still my super sweet full of energy little boy.. loves his daddys tools, roping with his daddy, playing with us, and he really, really loves his little sister.  We are excited to get him into sports where we know he will excel due to his insane athletic ability. He loves to run and jump and climb. Just this month he mastered the monkey bars all by himself and can pump himself on the swing with no help from us :( see what I mean!!! Growing. Up.
Dylan at just over 2, is my little mini me. I just cant look at her with out smiling. She is usually looking up to her bubba in admiration ready to copy whatever he does or says without fail. She is one amazing little parrot. She is stubborn, hardheaded, strong and incredibly smart. She is a great momma to her babies, rocks them and sings "Jesus" (Jesus loves me) just as we do every night.
I am so in love with these people in my life and thank God for them every. single. night. I am living my dream and and so happy that I am simply trying to soak up and enjoy every single second. Until next time.
